Carol Young-Walker is the visionary behind CWR (Coach With Results) — a digital strength coaching platform for high-performing adults who want structure, results, and motivation in and outside the gym.

With decades of leadership in healthcare and non-profit management as a Hospital Administrator, Operations Manager, and Executive Director, Carol brings the same level of excellence and strategy to the fitness space. Her mission is simple: help real people train with purpose, build confidence, and stop guessing in the gym.

Through her unique mix of app-based training, mindset coaching, and structured strength programs, Coach Carol empowers adults who are already active — but ready to take their fitness further with systems that work.
